Four Mile Beach
Another beautiful winter sunrise in Santa Cruz! A storm (not a snow storm) is coming our way tonight so I was anticipating clouds to add to the landscape this morning. We woke up extra early and drove about 5 miles north of Santa Cruz to Four Mile Beach, which is part of Wilder Ranch State Park. I’ve been scouting out new locations to shoot and I think this beach will be revisited especially when it’s a low tide to explore the sea stack. This was one of the last shots I was able to take before Simon would have filed for divorce
I actually desaturated this photograph a bit because the colors were so intense they didn’t look real.
