Life on the Edge

I was completely ecstatic to discover I had a night off from the restaurant this week! To celebrate my one night of freedom I biked myself down to West Cliff to catch the sunset. I didn’t have a specific place in mind so I just kept riding until I found a little cliff that I could easily access without risking death. I captured this image about a half hour after the sun had actually set – when all the color really started to come out. This is the crazy life I lead when not working – sitting on the edge of a cliff watching the sun set into the Pacific – nothing to complain about!

Following the photography, my night was topped off with sushi with Simon! I hope I have off every Thursday night from now on!
